"Went there for emergency with a deep cut in my finger, arrived at the Erste Hilfe section of the hospital by public transport... Got care immediately and they also spoke in English which was great help. Very nice people/employees in the hospital... doctors/nurse/receptionist, everyone was very helpful and I am thankful to them for treating me with care and empathy. KUDOS."
"I feel so cared for and considered as a integral human being here. This is an amazing hospital / I can say with personal experience of the Breast Centre."
"The best hospital for birthing and the best staff I could ever ask for! Although in my case, my baby needed some extra support and as Havelhöhe doesn’t have an NICU, we had to be moved to DRK, but the birthing experience was amazing and the love and support I got from the nurses is something I would cherish for life. Big shoutout to the Gynecologist who did my emergency Caesarean. Also, every staff in the maternity ward could speak English or at least trued their best to speak in English. BIG THANK YOU TO THE TEAM!"
"I had the best delivery experience there, I can’t thank the delivery team enough for their patience, the midwifes especially Hana and Suzana the doctors and the anesthesiologists doctors. Delivery room was perfect, everything went so smoothly. Maternity ward was good as well , breastfeeding advices and everything. Everyone was trying to help despite it only spoke English. I really enjoyed everything."
"My brother is hospitalized in palliative care and not doing well. I live in America and wanted to leave a message for him and the nurse was kind enough to walk to his room and let me talk to him directly. I was a nurse myself for 40 years and know how busy work was. So ,to me that she took the time meant a lot to me and then her cheerful voice after talking to my brother, I know they are very caring and take great care of him. Thank you so much to go beyond was I expected, this hospital should be proud of its staff! I am now reassured that he is getting the best care possible."
