"Get ready for a long wait at Hcor. You book appointment and they keep you waiting for more than an hour for an exam that should last 10 minutes"
"You'd rather hate hospitals than rate it. I've spent some months in this hospital in the last 7 years and I can tell that they've improved a lot, despite some inevitable issues in long staying... In overall, great services. I hope you be good and never get this rate useful, though."
"The medical and nursery crew is technically excellent, Both in the lab/diagnostic and clinical area. But the public attendance is horrible. No social skills at all. Long queue lines, HCor crew shouting and exposing private patients information for everyone to hear. Confuse and chaotic place. And the worse attendance is the treatment for the private customers that have to deal with the Finance crew. Don't accept money, cash or card (Pin machine without batteries. Also illegally they don't print fiscal bill receipts after you pay or even send it by e-mail in the exact moment the customer pay for it. By Brazilian fiscal law this is illegal. It was denounced to ProCon-SP and to the Conselho Regional de Medicina."
