After her presentation I immediately felt connected with her knowledge and expertise and decided to take the leap of starting my treatment with her team. From the receptionists team, to the OPD nurses (Reena naming one) to the theatre staff nurses Sherin Thomas and Aleena Devassy who has made my journey so relaxed with their compassion and attentiveness to my treatment. "Our experience at this IVF clinic has been extremely disappointing and emotionally draining for both myself and my wife. Since the Dubai branch was closed, we were forced to travel back and forth from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, which made an already stressful IVF journey even more difficult. Throughout the process, we felt there was a constant focus on taking payments for additional cycles without clear explanations, guidance, or transparency regarding our treatment progress. It often felt like we were repeatedly asked for money while receiving very little reassurance or clarity. Due to the lack of confidence and comfort, we eventually decided to move to another clinic in Dubai. We are now trying to arrange the transfer of our embryo, which should be a straightforward and time-sensitive process. Unfortunately, communication has been extremely poor. The clinic rarely answers their landline, and when they do, they promise callbacks that never happen. This has caused unnecessary delays and added stress during an already sensitive time. Another major issue was the constant change of doctors. Continuity of care is extremely important during IVF, and having different doctors throughout the process made it difficult to build trust and consistency in treatment. Most importantly, this entire experience has deeply affected my wife emotionally. She has been left traumatised, anxious, and extremely unhappy following what should have been a supportive and caring medical journey. We sincerely hope the clinic improves its communication, patient care, and transparency so other couples do not have to go through the same experience."
