"Unprofessional centre, unnecessary long waiting time for everything or service you do inside. Lab reports take more than 5 days to be issued and you will suffer for 5 more days to get it sent to your email. Not advisable at all to deal with the center."

"Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The service overall was poor, and I found several reception staff, particularly on the first floor, uncooperative and unhelpful. There also appears to be very little communication or coordination among staff. I usually see Dr. Shoaib, but as he was unavailable, I consulted Dr. Jihan and felt the interaction was more defensive than supportive or collaborative!!!! Another major concern was the administrative process, which causes extreme burden on patients, requiring unnecessary movement between multiple reception desks for tasks that should be streamlined. Much of the process appears manual, with little information readily available in the system, resulting in patients being repeatedly asked for information as though they are visiting for the first time, even after years of attending the clinic. Dr. Mai Yaghi that put the sensor for me was the ONLY staff that made the experience better she was very helpful and informative. Overall an extremely frustrating experience and this is DEFINITELY my last time visiting this poorly managed clinic."

"The clinic is excellently clean and all staff are good.. Dr. Shoib, the nurses Ana and Visie take care about me and they are the best nurse in treatment room. I highly recommend these staffs for their outstanding level of care. I will always recommend the center to my family and friends. Thank you so much. God Bless !"
