"I had my underbite corrected here. They aligned the teeth aesthetically but didn’t give any attention to correct the positioning of my jaw and bite. After the treatment, I wasn’t able to chew and all pressure was going on my front teeth. She knew everything but she only cared about finishing the treatment and getting the money. I was young and naive. After finishing the treatment, i wore the retainers for couple of months and then it broke so I contacted dr mala to help me and she simply fobbed me by saying you don’t need the retainers now. And the underbite relapsed. Now not only I have the relapsed underbite aesthetically, I am also facing lot of jaw functional issues. I really never cared about money. I paid whatever she asked. As a clinician and at least as a human she should have told me about my condition properly before committing for some aesthetic correction treatment. She gave me zero information and if I ever tried to talk about something I read online. She would completely ignore or fobs. I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone."
