"When my wife was pregnant (6/7 month), she noticed unusual rash on her stomach. We went to Helios as the closest clinic since it was Weekend and at night and we went there as an emergency case. We thought this might be an allergy from a medicine. When my wife was finally admitted, they did not find anything. They said my wife should go to dermatologist and insisted it was probably from shower gel (impossible since she uses the same Hebamme recommended shower gel since start of pregnancy). They were very unpleasant and failed to listen to my wife, even when she sad it can not be the shower gel. They failed to take into account her concerns. Fortunately we later talked to Hausartzt and Hematologist and they identified ICP, something which Helios never even considered, because they insisted it was shower gel. We will avoid this hospital and do not recommend it at all."

"One of my close relatives went the other day to this hospital to receive emergency aid. She was treated in a total degrading and humilliating way by the nurses and by the doctor who attended her, even compelling her to leave the hospital. Such scum should never be allowed to treat patients like that, it is totally and absolutely unacceptable. Really such things should be reported to the Authorities. I understand why they have so many negative ratings in Google precisely with this same impresión, it is what they do deserve to say the very least. Never again."

"I gave birth to my son 6 weeks ago in this hospital, the entire gynecology staff are wonderful, the birth was not easy, but with their help everything went well and I made it, a heartfelt thank you to midwife M. Fischer, she is a wonderful woman! Also Dr. J. Regele and Marieke Kumpe, those who were with me that day, showed great patience and dedication, overall the experience was 10/10 in this hospital."

"I selected the hospital after visiting the infoabend. My daughter was born here. The Hebammas, doctors and nurses are very helpful. Post delivery the nurses come to check every few hours. Lactation consultant Nurse is really good. Food is good. We have to choose menu one day before for family room. They seems to mix or forget. However on request they change it again. Me and my husband had good experience. I can recommend it."

"I had both my babies at Helios, and I have to say I was really impressed with both experiences. As an RN/NP from California, it was important for me to find a hospital I could feel right with, the cultural comfort difference would be huge, especially as I’ve been in the medical field for over 15 years back home and have my own patient care practice. When it comes to your health, it is beyond important to feel like you’re in the right place. I honestly wanted to give birth at the U.S. military hospital I work for, but it was just simply too far from home. So when my Munich-born and raised father- in-law, who is an anesthesiologist, recommended Helios, I was open-minded. Especially since he has been practicing in the Munich area for over 35 years, and I’m glad I listened because I don’t think I could have been better taken care of. The whole medical staff, from the receptionists, to the Hebammen, to the physicians, nurses, cleaners, cooks and aids were really great. I was provided detailed information, both in German and perfect English when I needed it. The delivery area was calm and comforting, and the private single room after birth is meticulously clean and provided the quiet a patient needs to recover. The menu also provided many options, while the kitchen staff comes to your room and helps you with your meal order during your stay. All in all - I was pampered both times, all while taken care of respectfully with the best medical knowledge and care I’ve experienced here in Germany. No, not everything will be perfect and the healthcare system everywhere in the world struggles with too many patients and such little time, but I had to show my appreciation to Helios with my review. Very grateful for their services."
