"I received an appointment the day after my optometrist referred me to Herzig for cataract surgery. They gave me a survey of what I was looking for, and what was most important for me, and discussed the options available. I had laser surgery to implant extended depth of focus lenses. Multiple measurements of my eyes were taken the week before surgery to determine the correct prescription to implant. The measurements were double checked in the operating room. I had a follow up appointment the following day, and was cleared to drive. There were no problems during the recovery, following the prescribed procedures is very important. A follow up with my optometrist confirmed that my vision is 20:20. I am able to use my phone an computer without glasses. Reading glasses are only needed for small print. After surgery my vision was so sharp that things seemed artificial compared to what I was used to. I am very happy with my results and highly recommend Herzog."
