With the warm welcome along with the service, the price, the cleanliness of every part of the clinic and the eye brow surgery was just the best! "I finished my two day appointment at the HIMG clinic. I try to be as detailed for possible clients who are unsure about the clinic and their procedures. The first contact was with Olivia and Greta ( secretary/ client relations). The interaction were always very polite , positive , helpful. My questions were answered fast and understandably. I never felt a moment that I was asking too much or being annoying to the team. The organisation was also fast. I had to plan the appointment in advance which was no problem. Again : the team was trying their best to make me feel comfortable. On the day of my arrival, Olivia was giving a warm welcome . Everybody was introduced to me. Before the operation everything was well explained. The team of Gabriella, Fanny , Virag was providing service beyond excellent. The procedure of anaesthesia was state of the art ( first injection is a bit tough- but no comparison with an injection). After every session ( of the two days) I had a package for the next day / after being done for the next weeks. After every session Gabriella was asking me if I had questions , something was unclear, anything else. After every day the Front-Desk was being polite , asking me if I need anything / opening the door for me. The service was fantastic. It is clear that the Center of hair transplant is Turkey- but I would suggest that you consider HIMG . These clinic is incredible and the people working there are also very good representatives of the Hungarian community ( if you are in need of a hotel / apartment, HIMG will also try to provide the best help). Besides that - you have the chance to enjoy Budapest and its rich culture , good food and nice spots ! I’ll provide an update after 12 months about my growth . "Very positive experience! The entire procedure was handled professionally by a very kind and experienced team. They really make you feel like you are in good hands. The clinic itself is very clean and well organized. The team was easy to communicate with in English throughout the entire process. They constantly asked for my feedback and made sure I was comfortable and happy with the planned result. I was given access to a small, cute and welcoming private room (they even had a small board saying “Welcome Adrian” haha), which included its own bathroom and a comfortable place to rest during breaks. Inside the room I was provided with many tasty snacks to choose from and lunch. I also got to enjoy Netflix during the procedure itself. I never felt rushed and was allowed to take breaks whenever needed. The aftercare is also very detailed and well explained. I was provided with many high quality products and printed instructions explaining how and when to use them. They obviously care a lot about protecting the donor area as well. The overall quality is far above what I expected for the price. And one last thing: they are very honest. After the consultation, I was told that I needed fewer grafts than originally estimated, and I was directly refunded after the procedure was finished. It shows that they truly care about results and not overselling grafts. I would truly recommend HIMG to anyone planning to get a hair transplant."
