"After twisting my ankle pretty badly twice I went to the ER here at 5p on a Saturday. They immediately welcomed me to their special international office, designed to support tourists and international students. The staff there was delightful and walked me through everything, even accompanied me into the room with the doctor to assist with translating. The service was quick, efficient and friendly - I had no wait time. They did have me pay a deposit of 500€ before providing services, but refunded me $250€ after the visit and gave me all the documents I will need to make a claim to my travel insurance."
"It’s a small hospital in a nice area & it unexpectedly made me feel like it’s a village clinic.. let me explain why: Went to get blood & urine test and they told me I had to go to a pharmacy across the street to buy a urine container. First time in my life I’ve had to buy a urine container for a urine test in a hospital.. I’m just glad that the syringes & gauze was free lol. Waiting times was ok (only had to wait 30 mins past my appointment time for an ecografia) & blood tests were on walk in basis. Staff was friendly enough even though nobody spoke English. All in all, a sufficient hospital for simple tests"
"I went here because I felt a pain on my arm. I was treated very quickly at the urgencias and they even provided a translator for me. The first one was great and translated every thing, but after my Xray, the second translator seemed to be in a hurry and didn’t translate or explain everything as detailed. I even thought I had a fractured disc, but actually it was something else when I translated my papers at home."
"Average service in the hospital, but dealing with their billing department is a nightmare. Being chased for outstanding invoices that are due to their own admin errors, hospital failing to provide adequate evidence to your insurer leading to €1,000+ euro out of pocket when it should have all been covered. I personally regret attending this hospital, and should have gone elsewhere or public via social security."
"What a surprise: the old man doctor dismisses the woman as hysterical. Doctor took 30 seconds to wave me away and authoritatively insist there's nothing to be done. He offered me an anti-anxiety pill when I tried to explain more symptoms. Desk staff was nice."
"I had a great experience here. The international patient division helped us out and we had x-rays done and contact through insurance at the same time. We were in and out in 2 hrs. They even provided a translator through out the entire process."
