"Absolutely wonderful place! My husband had a minor medical problem, infection in the big toe ingrown nail. It was painful to walk and we just started our tour. He clearly needed antibiotics. We found HOMED on Google. It was a 5 minute walk from our apartment. No appointment was needed. The atmosphere was very friendly. A nice young doctor met us, cleaned the wound, wrapped it and prescribed antibiotics. And the pharmacy was next door. We solved the problem in half an hour. We never were served so quickly in the US."

"I’ve had an excellent experience with this clinic (and continuously do). It is unique in nature in Athens. The staff are highly professional, appointment scheduling is always fast and efficient, and communication throughout the process has been outstanding. Medical reports are consistently sent promptly, which makes follow-up very easy and reassuring. I especially appreciate how efficiently they handle the process for prescribing PrEP, helping patients access care quickly and smoothly. Their supportive and organised approach really stands out. "I had a mixed experience at Homed. I was glad to be helped in the middle of the night and taken seriously upon arrival. However, once admitted, Dr. Zacharis did not prioritize my wellbeing. He made no effort to establish mutual trust between us, and every time I asked a critical question, he took it personally. I was repeatedly told ‘doctor’s orders’ without any explanation, and when I pushed for answers, it was not appreciated. I understand that healthcare culture in Greece differs from the egalitarian system I come from in Northern Europe, but this went beyond cultural differences — this experience was more distressing than it needed to be. I did not feel heard, and I did not feel seen as a rational person capable of understanding my own care. That said, I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Petrakidis for being down to earth and gentle. I will not use their services again, but I hope this feedback is taken constructively."

They got to our hotel incredibly fast, what’s app response time was very quick and they weren’t trying to up sell us at any point. They were honest, easy to understand and handled our issue start to finish. We ended up going to a private hospital and the HOMED doctor met us there to continue service. Cannot say enough positive things about this company and service!"
