"Good facility and very clean but that’s pretty much about it. You are just another number/name. They don’t actually care for your health. Only the ENT doctor actually paid attention and checked me. The rest was staring at their computer screen and just listing down the test. I was transferred from ENT to emergency. For a cough, I have to do X-ray, blood test, respiratory test and ent endoscopy. So many staffs and nobody spoke English and no translator present (had to do phone call to do translation). The Doctor in the emergency barely checked anything and arrogant. Didn’t even felt like I’m seeing a doctor. This is sad as Hong Ngoc is usually my first choice. No communication in the steps and how long it’s gonna take and all. Disappointing"
