"Worst hospitals only into making money I could have got my treatment done cheaper in the USA...they just dump what ever they want for kidney stone laser treatment and stay was a bomb 210000 pesos+80000 for doctors fees...they will empty ur pockets with sweet talks beware doctors are good you could use their services in other hospitals....the taxation department should look into these scamsters"

"Gets 5 stars, deserves 6. From a friendly & endlessly helpful personal translator through our entire experience to a friendly prompt exchange with the doctor himself, Hospital Angeles ran like many American or European hospitals could only dream of. Not to mention, the facilities themselves are freshly renovated. A+ and if you're looking for help in English (our Spanish isn't bad, but when you're dealing with healthcare...not bad isn't good enough) ask for Eduardo, he's a huge asset."

"I was admitted very quickly, and the ER staff were all kind, patient, and communicative. I was especially grateful for their kindness and the English speaking staff."

"Treated here as a foreigner. 3 night stay for a minor illness. No complaints. Itemised account statement was accepted for travel insurance claim purposes."

"My mom had a surgery scheduled here, although the surgery went well, the staff, security and patient treatment is awful. Everyone says this private hospital is one of the best and this fact is just sad. The first night after her surgery the staff was coming to check in, every 4 hours. We told the staff that she had nausea from the surgery and just kept coming to check in, instead of giving her something to treat the nausea. It was until my mom threw up on herself that they came to change the sheets and give her something for the nausea. THEY DIDNT EVEN SENT SOMEONE TO CLEAN THE THROW UP FROM THE FLOOR, they left it there! This hospital felt cheap and it's ridiculous because of how much they charge! They used the same gausses to wrap her wound for 2 days, NEVER USED GLOVES WHEN TREATING HER WOUND! The nurses and would only recommend abdominal massages when we said she was in pain, instead of offering some medicine even something as basic as ibuprofen. The security of this hospital is a joke, nobody checks who goes in or out. They had one office only for admitting people and checking them out, and had the audacity to have people standing up because they had their Christmas decorations on couches in the waiting area! The only good thing from this hospital was that the surgery went well. Other than that they didnt care for the patient besides the first night of surgery. The check out process took forever! We waited 50 mins to be checked out. Absolutely would not recommend this private hospital to anyone!"
