"Stay clear of Hospital Angeles, if I could give them ZERO stars I would. The place is filthy, outdated, has dumb rules and the food is horrible. Receptionist Abigail has no empathy or customer service skills. You walk into the hospital and you are not greeted appropriately. The chairs in the lobby are filthy and not sufficient for the number of people waiting to see their loved ones (they only allow 2 people at a time to visit the patient). They don't follow doctors' orders, you have to have a family member stay with your loved one. My MIL had major spinal surgery and after surgery, they had no hookups to monitor her, we had to spend the night every day to ensure she was being monitored and taken care of. When the doctor came to check on her, he needed to clean up her scar and had to wait forever for them to bring gauze (the nurse's station said they had to order from the warehouse because they don't have it on hand) how ridiculous is that? You're in a hospital and basic supplies are not made readily available for the doctors who serve their patients here. The food service is also horrible and you don't have the option of bringing your own food in either. Simply put, go to another hospital without all the bureaucracy."

"The hospital staff have been truly amazing! Nurse Dana provided over the top care, everyone has been extremely polite and Doctor Medina has been caring, sincere and very down to earth. With frequent visits to check on me. He is a true artist! Also the food has been top notch with healthy dishes. Thank you to everyone who has helped me translate via phone in able to communicate."

"Don’t come here for your weight loss surgery. They don’t do a good job. My sister died. Here is not a good place to go. They didn’t take care of her when her leg started hurting a lady that was there with her told the doctors that her leg was hurting and the doctors that our doctors they are supposed to know that that’s like a blood clot or something like that and her leg was getting swollen and they weren’t doing nothing about all they did was give her pain medicine And not do nothing about it and they were also telling us because we were in the USA but she came over here. They were telling us that she already walked out of the hospital when she was still there don’t go."

"I had a major elective surgery and had the best experience possible. The level of patient care by every medical professional was absolutely outstanding through every phase of my treatment."

"I had a very bad experience in the cashier and billing department. They are not solving my problem, they are not clear, they have terrible customer service. They have excellent service with very good doctors... they need to pay attention to the documentation part. They need to work with their administrative area."
