"Don't wait around if the urologist on call hasn't come to the office after an hour's wait, especially at 5 PM, because they've left. After that hour, the hospital seems deserted. There are only a few nurses and security personnel. No one at the on-call reception desk will give you the complaint book to file a written report. We waited for the doctor to return from dropping something off at the lab, but he never came back. We waited two and a half hours. It's a real disgrace. They told us we were still on the system and to come back and wait, that they would call us eventually. We left with high blood pressure, extremely disappointed, and, of course, with the problem we needed to address still unresolved."

"Terrible service. I had an appointment in Pulmonology on the first floor. I approached the window and the nurse was on WhatsApp. She didn't answer my question, told me to wait, and continued on her WhatsApp message. Then, when I finally asked my question, she yelled at me to read the information on the doors. Thank God a woman who was also waiting explained the procedure to me and made sure I announced myself when the door opened. This is the first time I've been to this hospital, and now I understand that all the rumors are true! When did they forget that working in the public sector means being a public servant? At the very least, they could answer politely on a Monday at 9 a.m."

"It's shocking that such a developed country has such a useless and inhumane hospital. I had a serious accident, and it was a disaster from the start. The paramedic, incredibly rude, treated me with unbelievable coldness. Then, the wait in the emergency room was a disgrace: the "doctors" playing on their cell phones while people were suffering. I arrived at 10 p.m. and wasn't seen until 2 a.m. They performed surgery, treated the wounds, everything supposedly went well. But when it came time to remove the stitches, the staff at the primary care center told me they couldn't because they weren't surgeons. And the worst part: the same hospital where I had the surgery also refused to do it. So what's the point of them? A complete lack of responsibility and common sense! The staff's treatment is disgusting, lacking empathy, education, and any desire to work. They give you dirty looks, speak to you even worse, and seem annoyed that you're there. And don't even get me started on the people at the reception desk: a bunch of soulless, laid-back, disrespectful individuals who just keep repeating "no appointments available" as if that's all they know how to say. Seriously, this hospital is a hellhole disguised as a healthcare institution. Nobody deserves to go through something like this. If you're thinking of getting treatment there, don't even bother; you'll just waste your time, your patience, and your dignity."

"This is the public Buenos Aires hospital where in December of 2017 highly trained emergency personnel saved the life of American tourist Joe Volek who was stabbed in the nearby barrio of la Boca, including multiple thoracic and cardiac wounds. It is a poignant reminder how these dedicated professionals perform amidst a general neglect of their budgetary needs. And treatment was provided to Joe At NO COST"
