"I understand the highly emotional and negative comments about hospital Clinic posted here. Having been kept waiting for nearly 6 hours earlier this week with what turned out to be a nasty kidney infection, I felt the same way. This is a very old hospital and clearly it’s management has given up on the idea of making it physically better for patients and staff alike. what else explains why patients waiting for urgent treatment on the second floor are left in a dismal cramped corridor with not enough adequate seating and no information. (A screen that changes every now and again telling you average waiting times is a joke) There’s no natural light, inadequate toilet facilities there isn’t even somewhere to top up a water bottle! All of which makes the waiting incredibly third rate. However If you can bear the wait (and many don’t) the medical, nursing and care staff are truly first class. My own experience could not have been better, kind, sympathetic people acting with professionalism and efficiency (within the constraints of a hospital well past its sell by date) was truly impressive. Public health facilities will always suffer from over demand - but if the hospital management team could match the energy and empathy of the medical team, they’d have a hospital to be proud of."

"Major gratitude to the staff of the hospital. From the check in process to all the nurses and doctors who assisted my Father during his hospitalization, thank you very much. Medical staff were very thorough and responsive throughout the stay."

"If there would be an option to rate it as zero I would definitely take this option. Not only I have been non attended. But waited for more than 2 hours with pain (possible kidney pain). I have been asking for the waiting time but no one could tell me anything. I have a Spanish residence permit, and it gives me 0 benefits. (Even if I’m not a foreign). The most horrible hospital in the world. Moreover, it looks extremely old like in a horror movies and does not follow the EU standards at all. The waiting time was always extending. I would be reporting this place and never go here again. Fully humiliating. For the time of waiting I have arranged the meeting with the online doctor and got diagnosed from the doctors who I knew. "The worst emergency room experience: we waited three and a half hours for a simple painkiller shot while my wife suffered severe back pain. If you have options, avoid this hospital."
