"45+ days and they have not canceled the invoice they issued for a procedure that did not take place. Harassing by phone and email about it, threatening with legal procedure to get paid for service I have not received. Doctor seems to be shocked at the incompetence. They keep saying, they are working on it. Noone knows what they are working on, and why are they harassing me for payment while they are working on it. This is what it is. Complete incompetence and lack of seriousness. Zero would be a better star."

"Today 3/16, I went to Cascais Cuf , I have two exams. One is blood test and the other is MRI . When I checked in,the receptionist very nice and polite , she suggested I should do the blood test and then MRI . As I know nowadays we need wait 1/2 hours for blood test ( which is inane ) so I went to talk to the nurse who is in front of the door about my situation as my MRI is in 30 mints to see if I can get my blood test first . She is so unfriendly and asking me to do MRI first . So I follow her instructions went to MRI , very nice nurse in the MRI told me better I do the blood test first as they are going to inject sth to me then I can’t do the blood test . So I went back to talk to the same nurse and told her my MRI is in 15 mints can I take my blood sooner pls ? She insisted I need recheck in , I told her I checked in already ! She took my old ticket without my permission and went straight to the machine took a new ticket . So I went to the reception to check in as she instructed , receptionist is very confused informed me I checked in already with my old number . So I have to go back to the nurse she said you need wait to the screen . After 10 mints I told her I can’t wait any longer as my MRI began in 5 mints . Then she said oh you can go the room number 9. Guess what , when I went to the room 9 , they don’t have my new ticket number but my old one . Luckily I remember it and took my blood test . This nurse kept giving me false instructions, zero sympathy, doing very poor job . Cascais CUF really need improve her staff the work ethic and remember the ultimate goal is to help patients rather than having a little bit power than abuse it !"

"I went to the emergency room this week, had a short wait to get to see the doctor who was fabulous. Then onto a bed and immediate attention. I was cared for for 4 or 5 hours. It was excellent care. Then the doctor for s review, prescriptions and left. I could not be more satisfied!"
