"I had an appointment scheduled at 11:00 with Dra Sofia Alegra and a nursing check at 10:30 (I’m 36 weeks pregnant). I arrived early, checked in, and saw the nurse around 10:30–10:35. She was polite and suggested a CTG while waiting, as she informed me the doctor was already running late. After that, I waited over an hour and a half with no updates — no CTG, no doctor, nothing. When I asked at the desk, I was told there was only one person ahead of me, yet another 30–45 minutes passed with no progress. The waiting area was full of other pregnant women clearly experiencing the same delays. This is a private hospital where patients are paying plenty for care, yet the organization and communication were extremely poor. At 36 weeks pregnant, this level of waiting without updates is unacceptable. I eventually had to cancel and leave without being seen. If you are pregnant and need efficient help, don’t go here."

"I have never seen such a bad doctors and staff in Europe. I was sick and they kept me waiting for two days just to charge me money each day and the doctor told me in the last I am sorry we don’t have medicines for your treatment so you have to wait more. And when I asked the doctor tell me please why I was here for two days I never get any improvement in my health and the doctor got angry becomes arrogant like all the fault was mine that why I came this hospital. Conclusion is they are just there to charge you money that’s it. The government should take action on this hospital and look what’s going on and how they treat patients."

"Would not recommend for women’s health. I went to a gynaecologist today & I never understood doctors that don’t look at or touch anything. It’s pretty much as useless as asking ChatGPT. Better to go to these women’s clinics around Lisbon that charge less but are attentive. Most of the doctors also work at those clinics anyway, but nicer environment for both them and you"

"They promised to refund our money within one week, but five months later, we are still waiting. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious and choose another hospital."

"Experience depends a lot on personal connections with the medical team, I see several of them here and I have generally good feedback on the practitioners. What is super annoying is to have an appointment at a given time and to be still waiting 45 minutes after the time when there is clearly no crowd in the reception area. The digital service also behaves strangely, sometimes receiving sms, sometimes not and with 2 profiles that cannot be merged in the app."
