"They will rob you of every cent you have. Stay away from this hospital. I had a prepayment guarantee from my insurance (have in mind this hospital is in their network and I came here for this reason) and they didn’t accept it after doing a million tests to charge 16.000 pesos. They even wanted to do colonoscopy and other ridiculous tests, stay overnight, for what, diarrhoea? Now I am waiting for hours for my insurance to get back with yet ANOTHER confirmation. Insane."

"My review is for El Hospitalito. The nurses and the pediatricians are kind and take their time to do the consultation but the services are very slow. Total consultation time was 25 mins but waiting time was an hour and a half. You end up wasting a lot of time here just to pay or wait for the prescription. It’s ridiculous."
