"Got to urgencias at 2:30 am and left at 5:30 am without ever being attended. A complete embarrassment of an institution - they will only actually see you in urgencias if you’re bleeding from a wound. Avoid this place"
"Good place with a great work ethic. They don't leave you waiting around, which is rare these days."
"The rudest most uneducated nurse here works in the pediatric emergency ward. Not only they talked to us rudely and treated like as savages just cause they figured we were only tourists with travel health insurance, they also treated the child without care or compassion, no gentleness in doing blood tests. On the other hand, they do have an international relationship department incase you need help to communicate although they will not be with you the whole time. But really I warn everyone that if we had another choice and it wasn't an emergency I wouldn't let my child be touched by any of the nurses here."
"As is commonplace in Spain, the staff were terrific, the place was immaculately clean, and as it was already paid through social security, it didn't cost me a cent to get great treatment."
"I arrived at the hospital at around 1 AM telling them that I was struggling to breathe because of an intense agonizing pain around my lungs, they put me in waiting line for 15 minutes. I saw the triage lady and she put me on another waiting list where I waited for more than an hour then I went back to ask and they told me that around two hours were missing at this time. I was really struggling to breathe but it seems like they really did not care, I went back to the triage lady and told her that I was going to go home, but if something would’ve happened to me throughout the night, I would’ve made her name. She raised her voice to me and at that point I just left and went to private clinic, they attended immediately and gave urgent medication and X-Ray as I had a lung inflammation. I do not advise him to this hospital, especially under potential emergency situations."
"There are a lot of English speaking doctors there! And you can get your appointment online. Volunteers to help you find the way and international department if you need a translation at the counter. You can also get your waiting number from the ticketing machines. But the blood test is only available until 10 am and after that you have to go to the area outside the hospital which is near to get tested."
