"In general a complete mess. Incompetent receptionists incompetent doctors. Always under construction with horrible organization. The Quiron system is a giant mess and needs to manage the massive amount of money they receive in a more effective manner that reflects 1st world care and the year 2026 in Europe."

"Went to urgent care for strange symptoms and extreme pain for 2 weeks. We came early in the morning and were immediatly attended to. All the doctors and nurses I saw were very kind and professional, they listened to my symptoms and did all necessary tests possible. Me and my husband were very grateful for the experience. Only thing to improve would be to have nuerology available. Aside from that very nice hospital."

"My wife fell and damaged her shoulder on a Saturday. We went to the hospital since it was listed as a provider in our ASISA insurance. I should add that we have limited Spanish but we still managed just fine since many people had some or very good English. Upon arrival about 5 pm, the emergency waiting area was fairly full and we expected to be a long time. We were given a slip of paper with a letter/number code on it. A screen in the waiting room displays your number/letter code and which examination room to go to. We were not in the waiting room more than ~5-10 minutes when we were called. We carried our number/letter slip from each procedure--initial evaluation by a nurse, X-ray, and evaluation by a doctor. The doctor asked for a CT scan, so that came next followed by consultation with the same doctor, pre-operative evaluation (EKG, pain med prescription and fitting a sling), all very orderly and pretty fast. We were out by 8 pm. I found the system very logical and efficient. We will be contacted Monday about setting a surgery date sometime this coming week. I'm impressed...."

"I have an ambivalent experience with the hospital. In my case, I have had a good experience with the doctors and the staff. However, my father has been mistreated when he was in-patience. Furthermore, to have an appointment with a doctor can take up a month. The preference state made by the doctors do not have any sense since the staff do not fulfill the request. Nevertheless, the doctors are good."

"I felt very well cared for in your hospital. The staff were outstanding and this made me feel welcomed and not so scared. There are, of course, as with many hospitals around the world, differences in the facilities, and I was especially thankful for the nurse who found me some ice, a typical treatment but not found in this department. I was very grateful for Noria who made this day a happy event instead of a dreadful one. And the administration/reception team were terrific. Overall I was extremely happy."

"We had to take our son to the emergency room on Sunday with a high fever. We had to wait, but we received professional and fantastic care. Later, we were told that our son needed to stay overnight in the pediatric ward. The staff were amazing — professional, kind, and empathetic. Our son, and we as parents, felt safe and well cared for. When we were finally able to go home today, we felt so grateful for all the support we received at the hospital! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our son and making these extremely stressful days better for us!❤️"
