"Thank you for the community of providers, staff, and facilities you offer. Your services are exceptional. Jim"
"The service attitude is exceptionally good; the female doctor at the Gynecology Department 307 is very patient, though I unfortunately don’t remember her name."
"The reception is terrible. They made mistakes with my appointment three times and never apologized. I do not recommend this service. However, the doctor is very nice and simpatico."
"I have been a patient attending to various clinics at Hospital La Luz in Madrid. I want to state that their service is top notch and very profession. However, i was admitted early this year 2026 for a complex wisdom tooth extraction under the Maxilofacial Clinic. I state with satisfaction the profession nature of the operation and wish to thank the Doctors that undertook the operation. My issue is the operation aftercare. I was given a review of the operation after two weeks with indications that i could go back if the swelling persisted. Two days before the review date, i received a call from the Maxilofacial clinic Receptionist indicating that the Hospital La Luz has discontinued all consultations with immediate effect. Can you imagine that your ops after care is being discontinued with no explanation. They send me to some clinic called VITHAS La Milagrosa...a hospital which seemed not to be prepared for dental patients....there was no dental chair...no dental equipment. The doctor there used that thing they usually use to check the throat to examine the operation area with a phone torch as light....what kind of professionalism is this. As if that was not enough, i was send to some small clinic to take an x-ray where i was told to take a picture of the x-ray with my phone and take it to the Doctor. I don´t know how these things work, but the whole experience appears quack. I have a lot of questions to Hospital La Luz...why was post-operation consultations discontinued without prior notice. Why not finalize with ongoing patients and then close the clinic. Why not even link us up with the operating Doctor whenever he might have been relocated. You know healing after operation is a slow and painful process. It is also about the trust you put in a health professional and those hands that operates, you completely put all your trust on them. Hospital La Luz has been professional and providing quality health care but on this one it is a no no. We pay to get quality healthcare and not to be shipped from one center to another that lacks the basic tools of providing the necessary intervention. I am very disappointed"
"I went twice and the experience wasn’t great at all. First time i had an Angio TAC scan and the team was nice but didn’t make sure to tell me about the process and what should i expect in advance. The second time i needed an MRI and was a disaster, after i got prepped and injected and lied down on the machine they noticed that its not the one suitable for me, they were trying to squeeze me inside a very tight OLD MRI machine! They had to cancel it and told me that its not the right machine for me and that i need a different bigger one! Lost my time and had to go through all the exhaustion for nothing."
