"The floor staff never, ever answer the phones. You can never get through. If you want to know if a doctor has arrived, you have to go there; if you want to know what time your appointment is, you have to go there."
"It looks decent from the outside, but the inside resembles a public hospital. They need to invest in remodeling; it can't all be about profit. The aesthetics have been completely neglected. Plus, you have to pay for parking. Not recommended at all; Panama Clinic is much better. Furthermore, they don't respect appointment times, so you end up paying extra for parking."
"The offices are accessible, everything is clean, the bathrooms and sinks are very good. I sometimes have to wait quite a while for the doctor, and that's reflected in the parking cost. Parking should be free, or at least the first hour free at the offices, but otherwise everything is fine."
