"As a foreigner I gave birth there. Dr mussin and the nurse Gomez were absolutely marvellous. They were kind, patient. It was clean just me my husband 1 nurse and one doctor. I’m healthy my baby is healthy. Thank you !!"

"Horrid service We were directed to this hospital by our daughter’s neurosurgeon, for some tests (3D x-rays of the spine). We were told that the results would be directly sent to our doctor, which was false (nobody informed us we had to get the app to download them). Worse, the tests were made incorrectly and lacking important information. When calling to the hospital, it is impossible to speak to a person as you are directed to an AI assistant, which is helpless with this kind of incidents. Our neurosurgeon says she has encountered several cases as ours. I paid 900€ for these tests, as a matter of fact. Please choose another hospital if you want to preserve your sanity and your kid’s health."

"Went to the hospital, the service was not bad, but after doing exams, and waiting for 10 days to recieve the results: had to call to check if they were ready, they told me they were, they told me to check on the website, they were not visible, had to open 3 tickets receiving the same answer every time saying tech support said they were visible while they are still not. After 1 month I gave up and even if I paid for them, I never received the results of my exams"

"At nine months pregnant, the recepcionist in their lab ( shenya? Whatever her name is) who's working the afternoon shift on the 9th of June 2026 rolled her eyes at me,shouted that how could I not know the procedure and then she refused to apologize when I demanded that it was just a few questions, there's no need to be this rude. It is regretful that there are people like this working in the hospital cuz no one comes here for the fun of it and much less to be treated with this level of disrespect. It is sad as well that it seems she's as rude to anyone else as they come"

"The worst hospital ever with rude, careless, arrogant and incompetent staff. You can wait for a doctor’s or a nurse’s visit for hours. My wife was hospitalized after fainting at home in the middle of the night. She has been at the hospital for three days but the only examination she was able to get was a CT scan upon arrival at the emergency and an echocardiography. She was having a vertigo and non-stop headaches but they just kept theorizing that it didn’t look like an epilepsy. Then what was it? No answer, no clear plan and no intention to find the answer. They just didn’t care. They made us leave the hospital and look for help elsewhere. We’ve just wasted time risking my wife’s health each day she was there."
