"Largely indifferent doctor who does not appear interested in his patients. He was responsible for a large part of care for a bacterial infection when I was inpatient at Quiron. He saw me once at beginning of a three week stay and since then never communicated with me. On the one visit, he appeared arrogant, asked me very few questions and cut across me as I tried to answer them. He theorised a series of unlikely causes for my illness and ordered tests to confirm his theories. The only way I knew this happened is because I saw and paid the bill. He never came back to tell me the results or check on me for the entire 3 week stay. Maybe his ego could not get through my hospital room door?"

"Horrid service We were directed to this hospital by our daughter’s neurosurgeon, for some tests (3D x-rays of the spine). We were told that the results would be directly sent to our doctor, which was false (nobody informed us we had to get the app to download them). Worse, the tests were made incorrectly and lacking important information. When calling to the hospital, it is impossible to speak to a person as you are directed to an AI assistant, which is helpless with this kind of incidents. Our neurosurgeon says she has encountered several cases as ours. I paid 900€ for these tests, as a matter of fact. Please choose another hospital if you want to preserve your sanity and your kid’s health."

"The worst hospital ever with rude, careless, arrogant and incompetent staff. You can wait for a doctor’s or a nurse’s visit for hours. My wife was hospitalized after fainting at home in the middle of the night. She has been at the hospital for three days but the only examination she was able to get was a CT scan upon arrival at the emergency and an echocardiography. She was having a vertigo and non-stop headaches but they just kept theorizing that it didn’t look like an epilepsy. Then what was it? No answer, no clear plan and no intention to find the answer. They just didn’t care. They made us leave the hospital and look for help elsewhere. We’ve just wasted time risking my wife’s health each day she was there."
