"My dad was treated here for 5 weeks in the intensive care unit after he fell seriously ill during a vacation. We were more than just lucky to come to this excellent hospital. But the greatest treasure is all its employees. In addition to all professionalism, they are so full of humanity and care that one can only get well. We will never forget all the doctors, nurses, therapists, psychologists as well as the kitchen and hygiene team as well as the friendly staff at reception. They have all helped us going through a difficult time, made it possible to laugh each day what made my dad recover so well and quickly."

"I had surgery at this hospital on 18/05/2025 with acute appendicitis, performed by Dr. Célio Cortinhas. The surgery is insured by travel insurance. The service was smooth and excellent from start to finish! Dr. Célio and his team were professional, caring, and made me feel very safe throughout the process. Everything went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of during my entire stay. I’m very grateful to the whole team—including the nurses, technicians, and support staffs—for their kindness and dedication. Highly recommend this hospital for anyone in need of quality medical care!"

"When i came they did 4 tests on me, all negative, then let me wait for 7 hours in emergency room without any information. No information what test were negative and what I'm waiting for, only after i asked couple of times i was told I'm waiting for malaria specialist to come to hospital. After malaria test was also negative i had to wait for more evaluations. This couldn't be done during waiting for a specialist? Now at the evening im still waiting, writing this review, i still wasnt told what price will i have to pay for those tests earlier... Update - i ended up with a bill 2090 reals for a services i didn't want if i was told at any point by staff that your hospital doesn't have malaria tests i would just leave and search elsewhere. Instead i ended but doing dests for disaes that im mostly vaccinated for. All it would take is bit communication with a patient to prevent this. I consider this process a scam focused to charge me as much as you can because I'm tourist..."
