"Made an urology appt today at 3. Showed up but the urologist hasn’t worked there in five months. His name is still on the office and wall. I made the appointment through the hospitals own website. Nobody in administration did anything to rectify this huge absolute waste of time. Would rather go to a more expensive hospital that will Honor their commitments."

"I've visited various specialists here in the past, the service was excellent every time. This morning I fell at the bottom of the stairs and sprained my knee. I went to A&E and was attended to immediately. All the staff that I interacted with were professional, friendly and curtious. I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital above any of the other hospitals in Panamá City. Unlike other private hospitals, that I've visited in the past, they are not interested in the size of your wallet, they are only interested in treating your condition as a patient."

"The clinic is nice but the doctor's receptionist/assistant was very rude. No manners! My appointment is at 3:00pm got here early there is a TV but off. I'm hoping for a better luck with the doctor."

"I am new to Panamá so I was unfamiliar with having to go to any medical clinics. I came down with a sore throat that wound not go away so I asked a friend to direct me to a good clinic. This is the recommended clinic and it did not let me down. I went to the information booth, asked for English help. The man made a call and in came a wonderful, English speaking assistant who took my information. She then proceeded to locate available doctors, gave me options and finally, located a specialist for me. No insurance, the cost she said was $60.00. Fair enough, then she proceeded to take me back to the doctors office, told me I would need cash, no credit card accepted. The doctor then saw me, very thorough and found no infection, but provided me with 3 Rx’s. Be aware the there is very little English spoken, even when you are told they speak English. I will say the girl who found me the doctor did speak good English. She got me to the right place with care! She was looking out for me, I so appreciated it. You may not always have the doctor you need available but this girl stuck with it until she found me the right doctor. All said and done I was out of there within an hour. A very good experience. Great, caring people. I was very happy with this experience."

"Parking can sometimes be an issue but apart from that it's what you would kinda expect from a hospital. Some parts are old (Like the North Wing). Parking also needs to be paid before returning to the car"
