"This hospital is a INHUMANE and DESENSITIZED JOKE of an institution. My Uncle is VERY CRITICAL and the Doctor's DON'T make an effort to inform you or show an ounce of compassion. People in this field should be more professional, human and not have subpar bedside manners. There's a Nurse here who has a NASTY ATTITUDE and CLEARLY HATES her job. She REFUSES to give her name, be of any help, or try to level with people going through hell seeing their loved ones fading away. I sincerely HOPE they end up on the opposite side one day in the very near future. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!!!!"

"Even though it is amazing how old the building is, technology is very modern and well suited. Historic building. Long hallways."

"I wish I could give this hospital 0 stars. I took my friend here on Saturday with single kidney, frothy black urine, severe acute kidney injury, hyperkalaemia and haemaglobin 52. He was pale and almost unconscious. The emergency department refused to see him, even though I offered to pay immediately as he was uninsured. I spoke to doctors in the corridor who failed this citizen by taking me to a social worker. SOCIAL WORKER GAVE US TOTALLY INCORRECT INFORMATION. Sent us to a hospital that doesn't have nephrology or urology (Santa Maria). The doctors, triage staff and social workers nearly killed my friend. They are completely incompetent without any skills or knowledge. Don't go here of you want to live."

"I wish I could give this hospital 0 stars. It doesn't deserve 1 star. I took my friend who was almost having cardiac arrest, with black urine, one failing kidney, severe acute kidney injury and high potassium. The triage didn't count the correct respiratory rate, it was 30 and they documented 18 which shows their incompetence. They didn't measure blood sugar and the patient is diabetic. The said they won't accept uninsured patient, even though I offered to pay in cash. Social worker didn't help. Doctors useless. Completely incompetent. They all need their registrations taken away. Someone needs to close this abominable institution."
