Being a foreigner with Spanish skills only, I felt the patience and effort of all staff members to communicate with me, even if there was a lack of English skills with the staff at times. I experienced the staff to be very warm-hearted, understanding, friendly, encouraging and empathetic. Whatever I needed has been taken care of. Of what I saw in the hospital was very clean and the machines state-of-the-art. The hospitality and service were excellent, not to mention the warm dishes that were served.
