"I want to start with what bothered me the most: the parking fee is an outrage against any family's budget. 1320 pesos a day, and in my case, I paid 1495 pesos. As soon as I realized how much it was, I decided to take my car out to avoid this rip-off. In my opinion, they should explain this situation and the exorbitant cost to you from the moment you arrive. The elevators are incredibly slow, insufficient, and old. As for the medical staff and nurses, they deserve a 10 out of 10. They were very kind and treated my son very well."

"TERRIBLE EMERGENCY SERVICE. I've been meaning to write this review for months, and now that I'm looking at the most recent ones, I regret that more young children have found themselves in the same situation. Like other parents have reported, I arrived at the emergency room on June 13, 2025, at approximately 6:30 p.m., where the reception staff failed to treat us with a minimum of priority, kindness, or empathy. They simply asked us to fill out a form (after we insisted on being seen) and at no point were we told that there was no doctor available to see us; instead, they called a pediatrician who would surely be delayed in arriving. It would have been helpful to know this, so we could make the decision to wait or go somewhere else. We waited for more than half an hour in reception, my son in excruciating pain, until we were taken to an office, where a nurse asked us a few questions and then left. I think this is the worst part. The office was DISGUSTING. The sink, and the floor, as you can see, was covered in plaster from a previous patient. The bed they placed my son in for a subsequent examination was covered in hair. It wasn't until I asked for the place to be cleaned that the front desk reluctantly called for a cleaner, who simply wiped the floor and changed the sheets. When we finally decided to leave, we notified the front desk, and with a very sour face, they told us to wait, that they would call the doctor, who was already on her way. We were about to sign the voluntary discharge form, when the pediatrician arrived. It's worth mentioning that even she reluctantly attended to us, and upon arriving, she said we should understand that it was raining and she was far away. Okay, the fact is, I reiterate that we were never informed that there was no doctor available to examine my son, and we were simply left waiting in a dirty office. Before you ask me the details of my visit, I will not share my son's name publicly. If you are interested in more information, you can request it privately. The area I am complaining about is the EMERGENCY ward, and yes, it is the Star Médica Lomas Verdes Hospital that I visited."

"I only had surgery there because of the hospital's reputation and my amazing doctor, Jorge Sandoval, but the staff really leaves much to be desired. They only brought me two light meals in one day. The nurse on the first day was very grumpy, and even though she saw the bandages were soaked with blood, she never changed them. The only one who was any good was the night nurse, Alma. I requested a wheelchair for discharge at 1:30, and it's now 2:32 and there's still no sign of it. Either they're not paid well, or I urge the head of Human Resources to provide training and development. It's no wonder the rating is so bad."
