"Great hospital if you want to wait for more than 6 hours in the urgent care without being attended to. They call people in the triage and make you wait without any information whatsoever. They called 1 to 2 people every 45 minutes and not call anyone for another 30 minutes, even though the patients that were called already left quite a while and you see the nurses and admin just chatting. Can't believe this is a private hospital."

"Terrible experience I had today at the endoscopy department. It was after my test, waking up from the anesthesia, when the nurse named Daniel (the stretcher bearer), who was bringing me to my booth, started shouting and talking to me in a very aggressive and rude way, ordering me to shut up and keep quiet. I was still under the effects of the anesthesia as I had just woken up, yet I was horrendously shocked to see how he was behaving towards me. I had just asked him if the test was over—unbelievable. I have been in and out of hospitals and surgeries for several health issues for the last 10 years, in Spain and abroad, and this is the first time ever I have encountered such a horrible supposed healthcare professional. When I was ready to leave, I went to ask him politely why he had been like that to me, yet he started to be more and more aggressive, to the point that it seemed as if he wanted to assault me, so I decided to leave. I was stunned. Very uncomfortable experience. What is even worse is that a family member saw it all and felt as disappointed as myself. Such a disgrace. I am going to submit a formal complaint to the hospital management, and I really hope they will take appropriate measures regarding this individual, because I do not wish for anyone to experience such a humiliating experience as I have myself."

"We are waiting in the urgency waiting room for more than 2 hours! The screens only calls the people for triatge , and let's you sit for hours and hours. No matter what's your sickness. They call ONLY 2 NAMES FOR AN HOUR. Which means if you have 4 people in the queue makes 2 hours wait! This is not about having big queues, it's not even crowded, this is about now having enough recourse or not even care to have and it's private hospital which is incredible . Terrible experience"

"Never go to this emergency room! I had excruciating pain, visible inflammation and swelling in my hand. They made me wait 5 hours. After the third hour, I begged them to at least give me some painkillers while I wait because the pain was unbearable. And one infermera got angry at me saying in a very rude tone “this is not a pharmacy, go wait as everybody does”. Is this how you deal with people who have acute pain at the level of 9-10, crying and trembling in pain? On top of the waiting time, they minimized my pain. I would rather go to a state hospital ER than here. At least tell people about the waiting times, so they can just go somewhere else!!!!!"
