"Due to repeated shortcomings, I decided to write this review. Regarding the cardiovascular surgery service, I have no complaints about the professionals. The operation itself was excellent. But the aftermath was a disaster. You leave with a schedule of appointments you have to make. Both at reception and over the phone, they give you the wrong appointments. One day I arrived for my mother's cardiology appointment, and the doctor didn't see her because she had to see another specialist first. And today, I had another appointment. They told me the floor and office. I waited for an hour, and nothing. When I decided to inquire, I went to security on the ground floor (it's the building next to the main one), and they told me the doctor hadn't arrived yet and that I should complain at the main office. I went back with the receptionist who had helped me when I arrived, and when he asked his colleagues, they told him it was ON ANOTHER FLOOR! In other words, no one on the staff knows how to give accurate information, or they only give partial information. A major failure in organization, communication, and empathy towards the public."

"After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes to get a phone appointment, they hung up on me promptly at 8 PM. I want to emphasize: 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting after 50 calls on hold, and I was fourth in line for about 10 minutes. I tried to do myself a favor and manage it through the portal, but I couldn't because they have me listed incorrectly in the database, so they wouldn't let me access it until they fix it. A huge lack of ethics. Clearly, only your time matters. The rest of us can waste ours on this useless bureaucracy and also be left with the frustration of not being able to address our health issues (which are ridiculous, aren't they?)."

"I contacted you to schedule an appointment with a specialist and received this response: "Good afternoon. We regret to inform you that there are currently no appointments available. You can check back in the coming days. 😀" This response is clearly insufficient. Simply stating that "there are no appointments" without indicating when the schedule will open or when to check back demonstrates a complete lack of information and consideration for the patient. This type of communication forces people to persist daily "until they get lucky," instead of offering clear and minimal guidance to help them plan. I request that you improve the way you communicate appointment availability, providing concrete and useful information."

"I just want to thank neurosurgeon Dr. Esteban Robledo and his amazing team for successfully treating my herniated disc with a tubular discectomy, avoiding the need to remove the entire disc. I was walking again in just 4 hours! 🙌 The facility is very clean and comfortable, not luxurious but with everything necessary for a well-cared-for stay, and the menu is plentiful and delicious. I've attached photos and hope it continues to grow and expand even further. Thank you again."

"If you focus, you can change jobs if you're unhappy. What's unacceptable is the way they treat elderly people. My aunt, who needs oxygen and should receive preferential treatment, was made to wait and spoken to inappropriately, even though she should have received preferential treatment. Very little tact in critical situations. I don't know what they're doing in this position. Awful!"
