"I was treated exceptionally well by the medical staff. The process was rapid and professional."
"HORRIBLE PLACE!!! My husband was brought here by ambulance from another HM Hospital in Alcala de Henares. This was not discussed with us. He was brought into a filthy emergency room, no triage assessment, never seen by an ED doctor, (thought they tried to charge us afterward). After an hour, he was transferred to a room in what they call the cardiac unit. The nurses were uncaring and unprofessional. After having a cardiac event, he was not seen by a cardiologist (or any doctor) for seven hours! She finally came and discharged him. It was insanely expensive!! They tried to charge him for services and medications he never received. They took full advantage of foreigners at their worst and vulnerable moment."
"Reasons for 2 stars: * Parking: Although is not in a populated area, the only place you can park is in its parking. Extremely overpriced for the service and the quality of the parking. >3€/hour. This is the only place you can park in the whole area, no alternatives. * Hospital is quite crowded. Lots of people waiting for the appointment. This impacts the quality of the service. * Long waiting time to be attended. We had to wait more than 1.5 hrs for an appointment with the ENT specialist. * Signs to the different areas are missing, difficult to get to the required consultation. In general, doctors and personnel are good although we had to wait 1.5 hours for less than 10 minutes appointment. I will try to choose a different hospital next time I require specialized services."

Every aspect of my experience here was positive: the doctors treated me wonderfully, the nurses were attentive, and a genuinely positive atmosphere made the hospital stay as pleasant as possible. You are a godsend to me and all your patients! :-)"
