"Horrible horrible doctors and staff at this hospital, standing around and gossiping instead of helping the patients that are brought in the emergency room. Dr Sarahi Elizabeth Valdez Acosta, with your lack of empathy, unprofessional attitude, and rude behaviour, YOUR LICENSE SHOULD BE REVOKED!"
"The best facility of the hospital is the international support team. Significant advantage in Spain where your English+ simple Spanish is not enough to communicate in emergency or sickness situations. Very active, polite, helpful and kind girls providing translation, guidance, booking, and assistance as needed. Special thanks for Seena Um Muhammed, And the two nice girls both named Mariam for their outstanding care. Precautions during covid time are assuring, starting from triage areas in the ER, dividing the waiting area to ( respiratory/ non respiratory). The hospital is clean and equipped with average modern facilities. However, quality of the medical service provided by doctors are highly variable. I was treated by good caring doctors most of the times, and wasn’t lucky in rare occasions with carless, weak ones."
"I took my 2 year old to the ER as suggested by my insurance company. The staff were rude, inhumane, and acted like they hate their jobs and people in general. They treated my daughter poorly. The doctor even yelled at her and me that she couldn't examen her because she was upset, which obviously she would be because she was vomiting continuously and totally traumatized, which is normal for a baby under those circumstances. Instead of offering help to calm her and help me hold her so she could examen her, she said she couldn't help me except give me medicine and send us on our way. When I asked her how would we know if there was some obstruction or something something severe, she threw her arms up and shrugged her shoulders in an I don't know and I don't care nonchalant gesture. Unbelievable! So I held her down alone with zero help or consul from her or any nurses. Not sure why someone who apparently has no compassion for children is working as a doctor in the ER. Maybe you should find a profession that you like. Additionally she kept calling my daughter a boy even though I corrected her several times and the report, even though they insisted heavily on verifying all my insurance information, making my daughter wait puking on herself in the admission of the ER, HAD THE WRONG NAME. Also there is dog poop outside of the ER door and just in general on the sidewalk. The main hospital entrance smelled like cigarette smoke."
"I had a fall today running and knew I could only go to certain hospital with private insurance. The local ambulance wanted to take me to hospital here in San Sebastian de Los Reyes. It was simple as the doctor spoke English and that was very helpful. I had a good amount of cuts on face and they didn't need any stitches. I had an x-ray too with nothing broken and she spoke English too. Great service in the urgent care area and thanks."
"I’ve been 3 times in the ER and I can’t complain. Doctors very professional, generally staff friendly, understanding and helpful. Yes you need to wait sometimes after triaging when there is a lot people and the waiting room for children could be bigger. But I give 5 stars, based on my experience and I’ve unfortunately been in a lot hospitals all over Europe."
