"It's pain in the ass just to visit my ailing mother in law. Cut the red tape & be more human!!! Just to get the pass for my 8 year old daughter it took almost 2 hours wait and the difficulty level of getting the pass was ridiculous, similar to apply American visa! The securities are also absurd, maybe in their minds that 8 year old gonna blow up a bomb in the hospital & had to pass their questions??? Come on people, use your common sense rather than stressing the stupid fear over terrorism in the hospital."

"Rude guards that don't know medical status but won't allow access or questions to medical personnel. This goes for guards outside and inside. Doctors do not provide status to patients and send students to relay status. Students can't answer questions. Poor communication and follow up by all personnel which have led to 3 wrong diagnosis by doctors. Once realized we asked and the staff blamed the family members of making up stories and medical visit history missing information. This review is based on the past year with various family members appointments and emergencies I am basing my rating. This rating applies to various areas: emergency room, intensive care, critical area, and maternity ward."

"If you're a foreign traveler who doesn't speak Spanish, I would not recommend this hospital. While the staff were kind and seemed to do what they could, there were serious communication and care issues throughout my stay. Despite paying for private care, I was not given basic necessities like a hospital gown or personal hygiene products. I had to remain in the same soiled clothes for over 35 hours. When collecting samples, no hygiene support was offered, which made the experience uncomfortable and unsanitary. The biggest concern was the complete lack of language support. No effort was made to help me understand what was being said, and I wasn’t given the opportunity to ask questions or confirm that I understood the medical decisions being proposed. These were important decisions, and I felt completely in the dark. When I tried to express symptoms, I was dismissed, which I later realized was a serious oversight. I understand I'm in a country where Spanish is the primary language, and I don't expect fluency in another language. But in a medical setting, it's ethically necessary to ensure patients understand what is happening. Even basic tools like Google Translate were not used, yet I was still charged for a visit from a social worker who barely interacted with me. Why not provide proper interpretation instead? Overall, my experience was deeply distressing. I left feeling confused, unsafe, and shaken by the whole experience and chose to seek medical treatment elsewhere."
