"I spent almost $3,000 on braces at this office, and it ended up ruining my teeth. The orthodontic work was done by someone who is brought in from outside the office, and it was very clear she struggled every single visit. Brackets were difficult for her to place, wires constantly came loose, and I was repeatedly uncomfortable and concerned about the quality of the work. Eventually, I had to have my braces removed on an emergency basis because they caused damage to the bone structure of my upper teeth. Due to the braces not being properly attached, I lost a tooth and now need an implant to fix damage that should never have happened. On top of the $3,000 I already spent, I now have the added cost of an implant to repair what was done here. This experience has been extremely stressful, painful, and expensive. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Please do your research and consider going elsewhere. I truly regret choosing this place."

"I was referred here through a family friend. I was having major dental problems and knew right off the bat that I couldn't afford US prices. Low and behold I went to my first appointment here and right away received treatment and started my dental plan. It has been a "teeth" saver. I am very pleased with their service and their dental office is like being here in the US. Sooo, soo happy."

"I had a very disappointing experience at I Love My Dentist. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but I was not called in until 4:45 PM. After waiting that long, I was told they would not be able to complete my procedure because they were close to closing. Then, after saying they couldn’t do the service, they changed their mind and proceeded to numb my mouth with injections. Once my mouth was already numb, they told me again that they could not complete the procedure. That level of disorganization is unacceptable. I also requested that my X-rays be emailed to me, and they have not responded to my calls or followed up. There has been a clear lack of communication and professionalism throughout this experience. I would not recommend this office based on how my appointment was handled."
