"Hello. Is it normal for a patient hospitalized for psychiatric disorders to be assaulted by another patient to the point of needing multiple stitches? It's unacceptable. Where was the night staff who are supposed to be monitoring the situation? If they had intervened sooner, the seriously injured patient could have been saved. It's unacceptable!"

"This psychiatric hospital desperately needs improvement, especially the clinic. There's no contact between the patient's family and the doctor, no therapy, they discharge patients quickly to make room for someone else, and nobody answers the phone if you want any updates. It's appalling."
