"Our experience at this hospital, from beginning to end, was heartbreaking. My wife gave birth to our son here via Caesarean section, and what should have been a joyful and supported moment in our lives turned into a deeply distressing ordeal. The lack of post-operative care was shocking. After such a major surgery, my wife was left without the attention, compassion, or support any new mother deserves. It felt like we were just another case, another payment — not people going through one of life’s most important and vulnerable moments. There was no comfort, no guidance, and no real care. It’s painful to say, but it seemed like the doctors cared more about money than their patients. We were not expecting luxury — just basic kindness and professional responsibility. We received neither. I sincerely hope the hospital takes this seriously. No family should have to go through what we did."

"My 14 Month old daughter was brought here by ambulance after taking a seizure on the first day of our trip to Marakesh. We didnt know what to expect on the 30 minute journey from our hotel. Hospital was excellent all round from dealing with our daugteher, dealing with us and dealing with our travel insurance. Clean tidy modern and great staff. Massive thank you to you all!"

"Strongly recommend the Clinique Averroes to give birth in the maternity Center. Last Saturday I delivered my baby with the help of amazing doctor Mouna Zaki and two midwives and my experience is very positive. The doctor Mouna is the best gynecologist I have ever met, full of empathy, always smiling and with positive attitude. Without her my pregnancy and labour wouldn't go so smoothly as she offered a lot of care and understanding during childbirth. Can't imagine better doctor for the delivery :) So if you want to bring your baby in Marrakech doctor Mouna Zaki is the best one to help you with that. Midwife Khaoula is such a friendly and professional person who creates a warm atmosphere during the labour. She informed me on each step of the delivery about all medical procedures what made me calm and I could feel like I am in good hands. Additionally she equipped me with the needed knowledge during childbirth classes so if you need such, I advise you to contact her directly. The second midwife Majda supported me as well and I am very thankful for her help and good care before and especially after the delivery. The clinique itself is small but from my perspective it's an advantage because during my time there was really calm, not very crowded what created like family atmosphere. I wish every lady such good experience like I had there :)"
