"Service was fantastic as always but the thing that stood out was the hospitality on the first floor. Bong asked everyone if they wanted a coffee / latte etc and he literally never stopped. The receptionist on the first floor kindly lent me his charger when I realised my phone was going to die. Just wanted to give a shout out to staff who go the extra mile and can easily be missed. They also have someone who makes karak / coffee everyday so there’s a pot waiting in the reception area. These touches really make a difference."
