"This is my second time coming here. This experience was as positive as the first. The staff is kind, friendly and careful to make sure you are comfortable at all times during your procedure. I had two root canals with crowns done. There has been very little if any post procedure discomfort. While I can get by in Spanish, they spoke English to put me at ease. I will return here should I need any dental work in the future."

"Worst experience of my life. Lied to get my business. I WhatsApp‘d with this dentist looking for the LANAP laser specifically. They told me they had this laser. I travelled 5 hours on a bus each way for this laser, paid to stay overnight, took time off work, etc etc as they said they had this laser. They did not ever have this laser and used a different one on me without my knowledge. It is only because I figured it out later. I even wrote it on my intake form upon arrival and they still did not inform me. The laser they used my dentists had in my hometown. I traveled all that way, spent all the extra money for nothing. I do believe they have gotten away with this many times in the past. After much back and forth they finally admitted the lie and wanted to refund me. Great, it’s the LEAST they could do. But only if I signed a legal document giving up my rights BEFORE I would receive the refund…. I refused and disputed on my cc. They are fighting it. Not to be trusted! They lied to get my business and didn’t care. I would never ever recommend trusting your dental health to such an unprofessional and dishonest company. Shame on them!"

"I had an excellent experience at Ideal Dental. I underwent a CAD/CAM inlay and resin treatment, and I can confidently say that their procedures are of the highest quality. Everything was painless, clearly explained, and the results were both functional and aesthetically great. Dr. Gabriela performed the treatment with great care, explaining each step, and together with Dr. Jazmín and Dr. Guillermo, they also guided me through the start of my clear aligner treatment, which is very similar to Invisalign but much more affordable. I’m already seeing great results, and what I appreciate the most is that the entire team is incredibly kind and attentive. They constantly check in on my progress and are always open to answering any questions I have. Dr. Guillermo was especially helpful, taking the time to address every concern I had. I’m very happy with the care and service I received. I highly recommend Ideal Dental, and I’ll definitely be sending my friends and family here. Dr Adolfo is a wizard - provided me with a new smile (Invisalign + veneers) Mike the receptionist was super helpful between my first and second visits - super communicative through WhatsApp When I needed consultation in between, he was happy to advise via WhatsApp Dr Ammy was also great in providing root canal surgery and then later an apicoectomy All the other staff were super friendly too, which goes a long way when you’re traveling so far for what can sometimes be a stressful situation"
