"Im only giving it a 4 because of the hotel (G hotel) Not what I expected. The hotel looks luxurious from the outside, but it is not even close to a 3 star European hotel. Everything else was nearly perfect. My team members ( coordinators, translators, drivers) were awesome and very responsive. My plastic surgeon ( Dr. Emre) was really good and extra cautious with all my heath problems. My team of dentists made it a very comfortable and a very good experience for me, especially that I hate going to the dentist. Again, this would be a 5 star if not for the hotel, which was for 2 weeks stay."

"Selçuk my medial consultant rep was the best most attentive person I could have hoped for during this whole experience. From the moment I contacted IME to now as I sit here 10 days post op, Selçuk has always been there checking up on me, making sure I’m ok. I travelled to Turkey alone and I know I would have been much more nervous if Selçuk hadn’t been there to support me. IME clinic was the best agency I could have gone through for my surgery, through them you get hotels, transfers, medical tests, nursing, everything you need they sort. Dr Orhan is an artist, I keep saying that cause it’s true! He gave me a result which is a million times better than anything I could have wished for, and I’m only 10 days post op and it looks amazing!! Finishing my review with a shout out to all the Turkish medical staff who made the experience amazing too. They are kind lovely people. For anyone planning a surgery, use IME, I promise it will be the best choice you make for yourself."

"A huge thank you to IME! We had a mommy makeover done, and it was a great procedure. The staff was excellent, from the doctor to the coordinator to the massage therapist, Ahmed, and everyone else at the hospital. There was a charge for a blood transfusion, which I thought was included in the cost, but they asked me to pay it. I hope in the future they will mention this when giving offers and not surprise patients with additional, unexplained costs that weren't included in the price or mentioned beforehand. That's why it was given 4 stars."

"I recently had my LASIK done through IME Clinic and honestly the whole experience was way better than I expected. I worked with Irem for almost two months. she was patient from day one, answered every single question I threw at her, and never once pushed me or tried to “sell” anything. Even when I disappeared for a week here and there, she picked right back up without any frustration. When I finally decided to move forward, both Irem and her manager were with me during the full examination, then again on the surgery day, and even the next morning for my checkup. They explained everything step by step, kept me calm, and made sure I never felt lost at any point. The doctor team they work with is excellent too. I felt completely safe and taken care of through the whole process. Overall, I’m super happy with the outcome and just the whole journey. The combination of an amazing medical team and the IME staff. especially Irem. made this a great experience for me. Highly recommend."

He was very professional, kind, patient, gentle, and very attentive to my comfort- from start to finish.
