Immunity Therapy Center (ITC) Tijuana

"Let me start by saying that everyone on the team is truly kind and professional, especially Cynthia which is absolutely fantastic which is why I am giving a 2-star rating. I initially went to ITC for 3 weeks and then returned two more times within a 2-month period. During my first stay, I did experience a noticeable reduction in tumor size, which gave me a lot of hope. The original plan was for me to continue returning every 3–4 weeks to keep reducing the tumor and ensure there were no active cancer cells before moving forward with surgery. However, that plan suddenly changed to having a mastectomy as soon as possible. After returning home, within a few weeks, the inflammation and pain came back and even worse than before. It also became difficult to get in contact with the team. When I was finally able to reach them, I was advised to continue with Xeloda to see if it would help, but I did not receive clear or consistent guidance beyond that. Long story short, while the staff is wonderful in person, communication and support significantly decline once you leave. When you are unable to continuously afford treatments, it feels like you are left back at square one or worse. We spent over $40,000, and I am now in a worse condition than before I started treatment. I have also spoken with other patients who shared similar experiences. I truly wish there had been more transparency from the beginning regarding the full cost, expectations, and long-term process. We came here with so much hope, especially after the initial progress, but unfortunately, the results were short-lived. At this point, I am left in a more difficult situation, both physically and financially, with little to show for it."

"Well staffed with exceptional nurses and doctors. They have been in business since 2006 with this building facility being built 2020. Nice and clean with continual updates. They work hard to improve your immune system to use chemo therapy at a more directive level. Thanks for your treatments and caring staff."

"In our experience here in Mexico we feel the ITC is the best clinic. Their Doctors and staff are here for you at all times. My husband had a grade 4 brain tumor. With 6wks of therapy treatments the tumor is gone and tests were clear. PTL and Doctors (Dr David Alvarez) for giving Marlin another chance at life. Would definitely recommend ITC to anyone."

"I have received the best care here. Attentive, kind, compassionate team of people who truly care and have time to show that. The nutrition team is noteworthy! The holistic dentist is a lovely and convenient addition, as well as massage/physio. I have completed weeks in their daily outpatient program as well as some needed time as an inpatient on their hospital floor and am so thankful for everyone involved. This is a place that has hope and gives options to their patients! Even the decorations and paint on the walls were all chosen intentionally to share the hope they have for their patients. Highly recommend!"

From the moment we arrived, every single person we encountered treated us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The staff go above and beyond to make patients and families feel comfortable during what can be an extremely stressful and emotional time. The doctors were outstanding, knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and willing to answer every question thoroughly. You can truly tell they care about their patients as people, not just cases. The level of attention and support we received gave our family a great sense of comfort and confidence throughout the process. The nurses, coordinators, drivers, and support staff were all equally amazing. Everyone worked together seamlessly and treated us with respect and warmth every single day. Being in Tijuana for several weeks away from home could have been overwhelming, but the people at ITC made the experience far easier than we expected.
