We waited 20 minutes for registration and 1 hour and 10 minutes for the blood test, which was difficult for my mother to manage. I understand clinics can get busy, but I hope the management can review the process and improve waiting times, especially for elderly patients. Thank you."

"They used to consistently be the best. Lately, however, since the management transition, they have become the absolute worst across the board. I've placed a home delivery refill request for my medications over three weeks ago, and still, no one has made contact or shown any concern. I lodged a complaint, and the feedback I received indicated that I'm not the sole individual voicing grievances about their exceptionally sluggish and unprofessional new system. It appears they no longer prioritize patient well-being. The doctor prescribed a three-month supply of refills, yet the pharmacy only dispensed one month's worth. Consequently, I had to make over ten calls to rectify their error, to no avail. I've now decided to change clinics and opt for a more reputable alternative. Extremely disappointed, and I believe the upper management must take decisive action. One star is far too generous, but I was compelled to select it. My only thanks go to Mr. Hussain, a supervisor from the call center."
