"I walked into Apollo with a broken nose, a freak accident where I slipped and banged my face, terrified, swollen, and unsure of what was going to happen. Dr Shahin Nooreyadazan and Dr Girish Raheja operated on me together with a full team of experts, and I could not have been in better hands. From the day before my surgery, through every single test, Apollo showed me what real care looks like. This is the kind of hospital where people genuinely go out of their way to make your life easier. You are not treated like a roll number but as a person who is scared, hurting, and in need of reassurance. Everyone in the Insurance room, especially Akshay, helped my dad figure out my insurance card. No one does that. From the cashier to the receptionist, the doctors to the nurses, and every member of the staff, everyone was kind. Even the guards and the team on my floor made me feel safe. I never felt ashamed of being vulnerable. Every person who came into my room introduced themselves properly. The nurses were well-versed in my medical history and were extremely kind and prompt. I didn’t have to wait a second for anything. The food was really good, and I regularly had people checking in on me to make sure I was comfortable and well-fed at all times. Patients in a hospital are adults on the outside, but when you are hurt, you are a baby. Sometimes you are screaming in pain, sometimes you are overwhelmed, and all you want is for the person who knows more to tell you it is going to be okay. That is what human beings need. And that is exactly what Apollo did for me. One thing that stayed with me was a piece of advice from Dr Kuldeep. He suggested that the only way out of fear is exhaustion, asking every question you need to until there’s nothing left uncertain. He patiently answered all of mine, and that level of communication is rare. It truly changes everything. I also remember Dr Raheja sharing a thought about the essence of being a doctor, that anyone who can help someone is, in their view, a doctor. That line really captured the spirit of this hospital for me. When you are unwell and broken, not everyone in your life can visit you. You may have a hundred people show up at your birthday on a weekday, but only one or two will choose to visit you in the hospital. Only a few will choose the inconvenience. That is what friendship is. But at Apollo, I did not feel alone for even a moment. Every person who walked into my room came in with hope, care, concern, and love. I walked in scared and hurting. I walked out feeling held, understood, and truly cared for. Thank you, Apollo. And thank you to everyone who cares enough to help and heal another person in pain."

"I recently underwent cataract surgery at this hospital, and overall, my experience was very positive. First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank Doctor Aniel Malhotra for his outstanding professionalism, expertise, and compassionate approach. He explained the procedure clearly, addressed all my concerns patiently, and made me feel completely confident and comfortable before the surgery. The operation theatre (OT) team and surgical staff were also extremely efficient, supportive, and well-coordinated. The entire surgery process was smooth and well-managed. The admission process was also excellent — quick, organized, and hassle-free. The staff at the admission desk were courteous and helpful. However, I would like to share one area where improvement is needed. The general bed management and post-operative support services, especially from the duty sister and catering department, could be more attentive and caring. I was on “nothing by mouth” from 7:00 A.M. and returned to my bed around 3:00 P.M. after the procedure. Despite this, I received my food only at 5:00 P.M., and that too after multiple follow-ups. After surgery, timely food and care are very important for patient comfort and recovery. I hope the hospital management will look into improving the coordination between nursing staff and catering services to ensure better post-operative care. Overall, I truly appreciate the doctor and the surgical team for their excellent work and wish them continued success. Thanks"

"All the staff at the hospital were very friendly, also always ready to help me, being an Aussie, I didn’t know my way around but they were very willing to help me at every turn. Doctors were very professional, most spoke English well enough for me to understand. All in all I was very happy with Apollo hospital. I would recommend them."
