"It's impressive that they have an entire multistorey hospital dedicated to eyes. The rates they charge were also not exorbitant. I had a small issue with my cornea tear while traveling, and this place had all the equipment and expertise needed to get me out of trouble. With the eyes, you're always afraid that you'd go blind, especially when you're younger. This place helps calm that nerve down, especially with their professionalism from end to end. "My name is Gustavo Andrade Marzolla, I have been waiting for a call from the Refractive Surgery department for 10 days now. They called me once when I was in a bike and couldn’t answer. You don’t allow calls back and the reception refuses to connect me to department. I have urgency to determine the date of my surgery as I am leaving the country. I called around 9 times in the last two days and the answer is that they will call me back but they don’t. I have never been more frustrated with a medical facility in my life. Communication shouldnt be that difficult."
