"They don't speak English. I phoned and it was a disaster, the lady kept saying to send emails. .. Painful process of dealing with them over email as well, they don't know how to answer general questions about their own services always having to refer back to the medical team before they can reply. This is not convenient for emergency cases when time is not in our hands. Not recommended of you are international and non Spanish speaking"
