Despite the emotional distress they were experiencing — including a serious reaction her sister suffered — no one offered support or assistance. The lack of empathy and basic human decency was appalling."

The man that done it was amazing made me feel calm and explained what was on the screen as I was quite scared. The reception staff were all very helpful. I don’t speak Spanish but they helped me so much with the language barrier. 10 out of 10 if I could. I highly recommend this facility."
