"There's a covered parking lot so patients don't get wet from the elevator when it rains, but they've blocked the entrances and exits. The doorman says it's only for medical staff and that patients and caregivers have to go all the way around the clinic and exit outside. I don't know how they allow this if the priority is cancer patients. Where is the regional health authority? When do they conduct audits to evaluate these issues?"

"The medical staff provided good service, but after your appointment, it takes days for them to provide your medical records and the necessary authorizations from your health insurance provider (EPS). The service is terrible. The good work done by the doctors is completely undermined by the operational staff."

"It's a miracle they answer the phone. And the one time they did answer, their incompetence was complete."
