"I am very grateful to IOGI and more specifically to Dr. Lluís García-Ibañez for the excellent work done, both professionally and personally. Given the diagnosis received for an Acoustic Neuroma, I must say that both in terms of the way of communicating, as well as the treatment received in the face of a delicate intervention that affected us personally and family-wise and then with the postoperative process and recovery, the treatment of the entire team, from reception, administration and medical team, has been unbeatable."

"My experience at the García-Ibáñez Institute of Otology in Barcelona has been wonderful. From the very first moment, the care was exceptional: the doctors, nurses, and reception staff are incredibly kind, professional, and approachable. They explain everything clearly, taking the time to ensure you leave feeling calm and well-informed. The center feels very welcoming and well-organized. I was also delighted to see they have a pediatric area, with a small waiting room and some toys, perfect for little ones. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone needing a good ENT specialist. Top-notch service."

"How can I contact you and book an appointment to meet the doctor. (Garcia-Ibañez) ? I'm coming to Barcelona next week. I should be aware that I'm coming from Dubai to meet the doctor and discuss my health condition with him, after hearing so much about him and everyone recommending him."

"Unfortunately, I won't be able to leave an opinion about the specialists. I had an appointment planned for a month, which I had to reschedule, but I decided to cancel it completely after a phone call with an extremely rude woman (receptionist?) that reacted with "MADRE MIA" to my request... and then went on with the same, awful demeanour, asking me about the details of my issue...(?) I told her I will call back because I was not interested in talking to her any more, and then I asked my insurance company to cancel the visit for me. When they contacted me to confirm, they told me that the lady was indeed rude, even to them. I've seen amazing opinions about the specialists, so I hope this one will open their eyes to the problem. A receptionist is a first contact to the patient, and she should make them feel comfortable and be of help. Seeing the other reviews, I'm sure I am not the first patient that resign from your treatment, and not the last."

"I am having an extremely frustrating time trying to deal with this clinic. Saw the top Doctor on the 6 of September, had a scan on Monday 9th. I was promised an answer within 24 hours. It is now the 24 of Sept and no one will reply to an email, and to top it all today - a working day - they are not answering their phones. I do not recommend. An update, once I did get this sorted the place was efficient and helpful. I think the issue is that the front desk is over run as it is very busy. The man himself is lovely."
