The consultation was not clear that I will have marks on my face for more than 1 week, that I could not cover up! "Really disappointing experience. I booked an appointment through WhatsApp specifically for an English consultation about active acne laser treatment. The person who handled the booking clearly wrote to me that the clinic has developed a dermatological protocol for active acne using the Starlux 1540 laser. Based on that information I booked the appointment and went there with high expectations. When I arrived I saw a doctor who barely looked at my skin and who spoke almost no English. He told me there is no such thing as laser treatment for active acne and that I should take Roaccutane instead. I explained that the clinic advertises this exact laser treatment and that I was told about it during the booking. He then suddenly said we could do a YAG laser if I wanted without any explanation of the treatment what it does possible effects or suitability for my skin condition. It felt rushed and careless. I was then sent to another office to pay 395 euros before receiving any treatment. After paying someone who also did not speak English brought me to a very small treatment room with an extremely loud laser machine and told me to wait for the doctor. I waited forty five minutes. No one came. I went back to reception and they told me to return to the room because the doctor was coming. I waited another forty five minutes in the same hot loud room still no one arrived. At that point I had to leave because I had work. They did refund the payment and the receptionist tried to be kind and helpful but overall this was not the level of professionalism I expect from a clinic that advertises itself as international with English speaking doctors and advanced technology. The place looks modern and high end but the organisation communication and medical approach were far below acceptable especially for such a high price. I would not return and I would not recommend it."
