"Aweful organisation. Out of 3 out of 4 times I went there, they did not even have my appointment in the system. Once it was their IT system failing (I clearly had the confirmation while they didn't), the other two they cancelled without bothering telling me. I really gave it too many tries. They are a lot of well rated dermatology private clinics in Madrid. Don't bother wasting your time with this one."
